Police decorate 109 promoted officers in Katsina

The Police Command in Katsina State has decorated 109 newly promoted Inspectors and Assistants Superintendent of Police (ASP ll).

The promoted officers were decorated with their new ranks in Katsina on Tuesday by the Commissioner of Police, Mr Aliyu Abubakar-Musa.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the officers were decorated in the presence of their elated family members, colleagues and friends.

The commissioner, in his remarks, commended the Inspector-General of Police, (I-G), Mr Kayode Egbetokun, for recognising the officers’ hard work and dedication.

He congratulated the officers on their well-deserved promotions and urged them to continue demonstrating exceptional commitment to duty. (NAN
