The Northern Ethnic Youths Group Assembly (NEYGA) has urged the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, as well as the Federal Capital Development Authority, to engage with SANAN Real Home Estate to address the nation’s housing deficit.

The organization also commended the estate firm for its unwavering commitment to integrity and transparency in the real estate sector.

In a statement by its spokesperson, Ibrahim Dan-Musa, emphasized that the efforts of SANAN Real Home Estate resonate with President Tinubu’s agenda for national development and housing reform.

The group believes that by harnessing SANAN’s expertise, the government can significantly improve housing accessibility and affordability for Nigerians across the nation.

According to Ibrahim, this partnership could be instrumental in tackling the housing shortages that have long plagued urban and rural communities alike.

“We encourage all Nigerians to consider investing in SANAN Real Home Estate for their housing needs.

“We view SANAN as a beacon of hope, providing reliable and trustworthy real estate solutions that align with the aspirations of many families looking for quality housing.”

Dan-Musa also encouraged Alhaji Sanusi to consider expanding SANAN’s initiatives into other urban areas.

Continuing,he said “We believe that collaboration between the government and private sector players like SANAN is crucial, as the government alone cannot tackle the housing crisis.

“Together, with the support of the government and community stakeholders, NEYGA envisions a future where quality housing is accessible to all Nigerians.
