The Atta Igala, His Royal Majesty, Mathew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa 11 said any Igala extraction and beyond that have proven his dexterity, dedication to duty and community driven service will be remembered by the custodian of Igala culture.
The paramount ruler of igala kingdom made this remark on Saturday in his palace at Idah during the coronation of Alhaji (Chief ) Yaqub Ene-ojima as the new Agenyi Atta.
While commending the laudable contributions of the new title holder both to the igala nation, his immediate community and Nigeria at large , he asked other well meaning individuals to make their presence felt in that regard.
He maintained that the only way anybody’s success can be measured is his or her contributions to humanity, community and country at large, urging the new Agenyi Atta to sustain the tempo.
Highlights of the occasion included the coronation ceremony and reception which attracted large numbers of dignataries within and outside the igala nation who honored the new title holder.
The new Agenyi Atta, is a seasoned civil servant, an administrator and community leader who had displayed so many Philanthropic gesture beyond his domain.
