Amos Gwamna Abel Magaji , Member Representing Zango/Jaba and Chairman House Committee on Healthcare Services was on Tuesday was awarded “Legislative Champion for Public Health Resilience” by the presidency in collaboration with Global Health Advocacy Incubator.

Sen Dr. Ipalibo Harry Banigo- Chair, Senate committee on Health (secondary and primary) and Sen Dr. Tony Nwoye- Dep. Senate Chair on Primary Healthcare and disease control.

Others are Sen Dr. Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe- Chair, Senate Committee on Health (secondary and primary) 9th Assembly, Sen Dr. Chukwuka Utazi- Chair, Senate Committee on Healthcare and communicable diseases 9th Assembly, Chief Dr. Regina Akume- Chair, House Committee on Food and Drugs control and

Musa Ali Kachako- Chair, House Committee on Health. 9th Assembly.

Sen. (Dr.) Chief George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Dr. Salma Ibrahim Anas, Special Adviser to the President, Health, and stakeholders in the health sector were all in attendance at the award ceremony.
