The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State, Siminalaye Fubara, has won in all the 23 local government areas of the state
Fubara, who hails from Opobo Town in Opobo/Nkoro local government area of the state defeated his All Progressives Congress (APC) and Social Democratic Party (SDP) counterparts, Tonye Cole and Magnus Ngei Abe, respectively.
However, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is yet to officially declare the winner of the governorship election in the state.
