The Chairman of Abuja Scavengers, Scrap and Environmental Waste Management Association, Muntari Mohammed, has assured the Chairman-elect of Gwagwalada Area Council, Hon. Kassim Mohammed, of the continued support of the association.

Muntari gave the assurance during a visit by members of the association to felicitate with the chairman-elect on the birth of his twins.

The event was held at the chairman-elect’s Phase 3 residence in Abuja.

He said the association remained committed to working with the incoming administration for the development of Gwagwalada Area Council.

According to him, members of the group were ready to collaborate with the council in the area of environmental sanitation and waste management.

Muntari also congratulated Kassim on the birth of the twins, describing it as a double blessing for the family.

He prayed for long life, sound health and divine protection for the newborns and their parents.

The association chairman further praised the leadership qualities of the chairman-elect, noting that they played a key role in his victory at the polls.

He expressed confidence that the new administration would bring progress and improved welfare to residents of the area council.
