The Corporate Affairs and Information Department CAI, National Productivity Centre NPC has embarked on training of youth corps members on ‘Basic Productivity Tools and Techniques’ in their various camps across the country.

The new area geared towards preparing corps members on self sustenance and self reliant is to enable them develop modern skills both in enterprenuership and small and medium scale businesses.

The event which took place in Abuja on Tuesday was held at Kubuwa, NYSC orientation camp and led by the new Director/Head of Department, Hajiya Maimuna Adaji who delivered the lecture.

She urged the corp members to imbibe Productivity Culture while in camp and in their everyday life, so as to realize their potentials after the service.

Earlier, The Public Relations Officer PRO, National Productivity Centre, NPC, Mr Victor Ainoko enlightened the corps members on the need to create value, imbibe Productivity Consciousness in their daily activities, through continuous improvement in their attitude towards work, life and the society at large.

The team also had an interactive session with the FCT NYSC Coordinator on the basic knowledge on Productivity.
