Abia Govt. Confirms Resignation Of 2 Commissioners

The Abia Government has confirmed the resignation of the Commissioner for Science and Technology, Mr Chima Oriaku and the Commissioner for Agriculture, Prof. Monica Ironkwe.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Ukoha Ukoha, and made available to newsmen on Wednesday in Umuahia.

The statement revealed that the commissioners tendered their resignation letters to Gov. Alex Otti of Abia.
It stated that the governor thanked them for their service and sacrifice to the state and wished them well in their future endeavours. (NAN)
