A new support group championing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Uba Sani, and Senator Sunday Marshall Katung has been inaugurated in Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Unveiled on Sunday by prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) mobiliser Mr Sabo Douglas Garba, the Kagarko LGA Support Group for Tinubu, Uba Sani and Senator Sunday Marshall Katung aims to strengthen grassroots mobilisation and consolidate party loyalty across Southern Kaduna ahead of the 2027 general elections
Mr Garba, a former Special Assistant in the Kaduna State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, described the initiative as a strategic movement to deepen political participation and foster unity within APC ranks.
He noted that the group would focus on voter mobilisation, community engagement, and reinforcing the party’s grassroots structure. Additionally, he emphasised opportunities for greater youth involvement in politics and governance.
“We must continue to work together in unity and ensure that every stakeholder is carried along,” Mr Garba said. “With greater partnership and commitment, victory at the polls will be assured.”
Party supporters present expressed confidence that the initiative would boost APC mobilisation efforts across Kagarko and wider Southern Kaduna ahead of the next election cycle.
