Muratala, who maintained that Wamakko’s benevolence, accommodativeness  and ever consuming readiness to assist people regardless of class, political inclination and creed remained unimaginable and has not and will never be matched by any individual in the Seat of the Caliphate before, now and  possibly even in the near future.

“Till today, no single residence in Sokoto whose gates and doors are widely opened to the elderly, almajiri, women, less privileged and all category of people at all times like that of Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko.

“And despite the presence of security agencies in the gate and compound, they dare not embarrass anybody because they know Wamakko’s house belongs to everybody.

“More so, at any time Senator Wamakko is back to Sokoto, which he enjoys staying more than any other place in the world, he receives no fewer than 500 people everyday. He feeds, listen, interact with them one after the other and also gives them monetary assistance”.

While disclosing that any rational individual will be surprised at the end of every month how Wamakko’s account handlers transfer monies to students under his scholarship starting from secondary to higher institutions within and outside Nigeria, Murtala added that, same monthly assistance goes to Islamiya schools, various associations  and the needy.

Also reflecting on Senator Wamakko’s  consistent support to religious activities, Murtala said, his impact is felt by majority of the people of Sokoto State during fasting and Sallah periods more than any other politician or individual within and outside the State

On the Senator’s political acceptability in Sokoto and beyond, Murtala said no single politician that has come to limelight in the state without the endorsement and support of Wamakko, adding however that though, some often part ways at some point but also regret their actions and return back to him.

Murtala also reaffirmed that as far as grassroots followership, political acceptability and uplifting associates is concern no politician in Sokoto is comparable to Senator Wamakko for now, hence the need to admit reality and give honour to whom it’s due.
