Both teams beat Germany and France in the semi-finals.

Portugal won 2-1 against Germany, while Spain defeated France 5-4.

Speaking ahead of the Nations League final on Sunday, Ronaldo, in a post on his X account on Saturday, insisted that the encounter is for Portugal.

According to him, Sunday is the day for Portugal to make history by beating Spain to win the Nations League.

“It’s for us. It’s for you. It’s for Portugal.

“Tomorrow is the day to make history again,” Ronaldo tweeted alongside the national flag of Portugal.
