Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Police Command in Lagos State are interrogating three suspects for allegedly being in possession of suspected human tongues in Lagos.

The command’s Spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this to a post he shared on his X handle @ benHundeyin on Tuesday.

Hundeyin said the suspects two of the suspects (names withheld) were apprehended on Oct. 15 with the human parts in a taxi during a routine stop-and-search on Otedola bridge.

“Further investigations led the operatives to the apprehension of the third suspect from whom the parts were bought in Oyingbo Market, Lagos, ” the image maker said.

According to him, investigation is ongoing at the command headquarters.

H said the suspects would  be arraigned if found culpable. (NAN)
