“Although most payments have been processed without issue, a few beneficiaries might experience delays stemming from a recent upgrade to our payment and application processing system. This upgrade is intended to improve security and ensure timely disbursement of upkeep allowances in future cycles,” the statement noted.

NELFUND reassured that it is actively working with relevant stakeholders to quickly resolve these issues, ensuring that all eligible students receive their entitlements without unnecessary delays.

“We are committed to maintaining transparency, operational excellence, and the timely provision of student support in accordance with the Renewed Hope Agenda.

“We value the understanding and cooperation of all stakeholders as we continue to enhance service delivery for the benefit of Nigerian students.”
