The Prosecutor, Mr Philip Amusan, had earlier told the court that Nawa committed the offences on May 11, 2023 at 1.30 p.m. at Adeoyo area of Ibadan.
Amusan said that the convict and others at large broke and entered the premises of Shashi Inpex and Concept Extension Company at the aforementioned area by jumping the fence.

He said that Nawa stole the Lexus car catalyst, worth N700,000 and other valuables, totalling N3,280,000.
The offences, according to him, contravene Sections 516, 413 and 390(9) of the Criminal Laws of Oyo State, 2000. (NAN)
