In a notable legal victory, Magaji Abdullahi has secured a favorable judgment against Media Trust Ltd.

The Industrial Court in Abj has ruled that he is entitled to Early Retirement Benefit, given his remarkable 16 years and 3 months of continuous service to the company, coupled with reaching the age of 45 years at the time of his disengagement.

The case brought before the Industrial Court revolved around Magaji Abdullahi’s eligibility for Early Retirement Benefit.
