The case also references involvement by other agencies, including the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Department of State Services (DSS), in related legal matters.
Reports identify the withdrawing judge as Justice Hussaini Belgore. With his formal recusal, the case is temporarily stayed pending the Chief Judge’s selection and allocation of a new presiding judge.
