Formal opening of the 2023 National Collation Centre begins in Abuja. INEC Nigeria Chairman, Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu currently giving his opening remarks.

“Only INEC-sanctioned results are allowed…. We are certain that by 6pm, one or two of the SCOPEs would have arrived,” he says.
