Access Holdings Plc has officially named Mr. Innocent Ike as its new Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (GMD/CEO), effective August 29, 2025, pending regulatory approval.

This announcement follows the recent resignation of Roosevelt Ogbonna from the company’s board, aligning with updated corporate governance regulations.
