Speaking after a briefing from the party’s legal team on a recent Federal High Court ruling in Abuja, Mark expressed confidence that the ADC would surmount all pending legal obstacles.

“You have nothing to fear about the litigations before the party,” Mark stated during a press conference on Wednesday night. “We are confident that we will triumph in all cases, and we will be on the ballot for every election.”

The ADC leader affirmed the party’s full commitment to pursuing all available legal remedies, vowing to personally lead the charge through the judicial process. The legal team has since filed an appeal against the ruling, alongside a request for a stay of execution, underscoring the party’s resolve.

Mark’s reassurance comes as the ADC intensifies preparations for the 2027 elections—a critical juncture for securing its political future. Party officials hope his statement will restore confidence among members and supporters, reinforcing the ADC’s determination to remain a formidable force in the upcoming polls.
