T Pumpy Concept Limited, a prominent real estate development firm, has unveiled a reward initiative aimed at its loyal clientele, reinforcing its dedication to recognising loyalty and fostering national development.

The initiative, known as the Customer Reward Appreciation Package, seeks to honour and appreciate those customers who have consistently supported the T Pumpy brand throughout the years.

In an address to journalists in Abuja on Monday, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, announced that the reward scheme is specifically directed at customers who acquired any T Pumpy property between 2015 and 2023.

He explained that this initiative serves not only as a token of appreciation but also as a testament to the company’s commitment to delivering value beyond mere land and housing.

He remarked, “As part of our Customer Reward Appreciation Package, we are distributing gifts worth millions of naira to express our gratitude to our loyal subscribers for their trust in our vision and for standing by us over the years.

“Among the prizes on offer are a brand-new car, refrigerators, televisions, air conditioning units, tricycles (Keke Napep), standing fans, and numerous other valuable household items.

“The giveaway will take place through a transparent raffle draw scheduled for June 5, 2025, at the T Pumpy Phase 3 Estate in Lugbe, Abuja.

“Eligible customers wishing to participate in the raffle must obtain a Customer Reward Form from the company’s head office, complete it, and secure a unique raffle code. Only those who purchased land or property from T Pumpy between 2015 and 2023 will qualify. The registration for the raffle will close on May 28, 2025, and all entries must be submitted by that date.

Mr. Adaralegbe highlighted that “This initiative embodies T Pumpy’s enduring tradition of placing its customers first.

“Beyond the giveaway, the real value the company has contributed over the years lies in its capacity to provide authentic, government-approved land at affordable prices with flexible payment options.

“This strategy has enabled many Nigerians to realise their dream of land ownership, including those who never thought such an achievement was possible.

“For many years, T Pumpy Concept Limited has been providing Nigerians with the chance to own land and homes without undue financial burden. The company’s customer-focused model is crafted around flexible payment structures designed to accommodate a range of income levels, thus facilitating property ownership for both salaried workers and self-employed individuals.”
