Governor Ahmadu Fintiri, who chairs the convention’s organising committee, made this announcement in a statement.

According to Mr Fintiri, the screening will take place at the committee’s Secretariat Conference Hall at Legacy House, Maitama, Abuja, commencing at 2:00 p.m. Additionally, the screening of the appeal committee is scheduled for Thursday.

“To this end, Monday, 27th October, has been designated as the final date for the submission of completed expression of interest and nomination forms by all candidates to the NCOC Secretariat,” he stated.

Mr Fintiri urged all aspirants, key stakeholders, and party members to take note of these dates and plan accordingly.

The national convention is set to occur on 15th and 16th November in Ibadan.
