Leading the Future of Learning

At the helm of this innovation is Sarah Whuuk Yusuf, Principal Partner and visionary Founder of Kayzen: The Learning Place Limited.

An internationally trained Learning and Development professional, Sarah is recognised as one of Africa’s foremost voices in e-learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital transformation in education. With over a decade of experience spanning healthcare, education, and technology, she has steered Kayzen into becoming a model for how indigenous learning enterprises can drive sustainable, large-scale impact.

“At Kayzen, we believe learning is not just an activity it’s a movement for transformation,” says Sarah Whuuk Yusuf. “Our journey over the past five years has been about building ecosystems that connect people, knowledge, and technology to create real, measurable impact.”

Milestones of Impact

In just five years, Kayzen has achieved significant milestones:
• Partnership with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN):
Kayzen became the first indigenous organisation accredited to provide online CPD courses for nurses and midwives through a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership has revolutionised continuing professional education in Nigeria’s healthcare sector, making learning more accessible and affordable.
• Partnership with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN):
Kayzen designed and launched a national Learning Management System (LMS) serving over 70,000 community health practitioners across Nigeria, enabling them to access CPD-accredited courses online and from remote locations.
• Collaborations with Global and Corporate Partners:
Through partnerships with organisations such as USAID Health Workforce Management Activity and Beiersdorf (NIVEA), Kayzen has delivered cutting-edge learning experiences that strengthen workforce competence, drive organisational growth, and foster sustainable development.
• Scholarships for STEAM and Indigent Learners:
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, Kayzen provides annual scholarships to young people in primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
• A Thriving Learning Ecosystem:
Today, Kayzen manages a vibrant community of more than 80,000 learners and professionals across healthcare, education, corporate, and development sectors.
