The outgoing National Chairman of the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Amb. Belusochukwu M. Enwere, has praised Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, describing him as a strong supporter of Christian youths in the country.

Enwere said Seyi Tinubu ensured that members of the organisation lacked nothing throughout his five-year tenure.

He made the remark during a thanksgiving and reception ceremony held in Imo State to mark the successful completion of his leadership of YOWICAN.

The youth leader also commended the administration of President Bola Tinubu, saying the government’s Renewed Hope Agenda had created opportunities for young Nigerians to thrive.

According to him, the President’s policies had inspired a renewed sense of purpose among the youth and contributed to the achievements recorded by the organisation under his watch.

“With deepest reverence and appreciation to the First Family of our great nation, I thank His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Your Renewed Hope Agenda has been the mighty wind beneath our wings,” Enwere said.

“You ignited a national awakening that made space for young leaders like us to rise, innovate and serve. Under your transformative vision, Nigeria is experiencing a renaissance where hope is no longer a slogan but a living reality.”

He also commended the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for what he described as her unwavering support and contributions to programmes targeted at empowering vulnerable persons.

“Your compassion has funded our programmes, lifted the vulnerable and inspired a generation of young people to believe that their dreams are valid,” he added.

Enwere further expressed appreciation to the Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, for supporting his emergence and success as YOWICAN national chairman.

“I owe an eternal debt of gratitude to my governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma. You saw the light and untapped potential in me when others looked away,” he said.

The outgoing chairman also acknowledged the support of Seyi Tinubu and the Tinubu family throughout his tenure.

“You never allowed Christian youths to lack anything during my tenure. Thank you, Seyi Tinubu. You are the hero of Christian youths in Nigeria,” he stated.

He also appreciated the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria, the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria, religious leaders, family members and associates for their support.

“As I give thanks to God Almighty today, I do so with joy, knowing that the seeds planted under the Renewed Hope Agenda will continue to yield abundant harvests for YOWICAN and Nigeria,” Enwere said.
