Wike Commiserates With Sen Bukola Saraki Over Death Of Mother

Federal Capital Territory (FCT), minister, Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike has commiserated with the former President of the Senate, Senator Bukola Saraki, over the death of his mother, Chief Mrs. Florence Morenike Saraki.

Wike who spoke when he paid a condolence visit to the residence of the former Senate President in Abuja on Friday, urged him to take solace in the fact that his mother has played her role in life and has gone to be with God.

He also prayed that God Almighty would fortify Senator Saraki, whom he described as a good and dependable friend, and grant him and other members of his family the courage to carry on with their lives.

Wike said, “As a believer of God, we all know that there will be a day that we will all leave. She has come, she has played her role, she has left and I know she will be with the Almighty God.

“Our prayer is that God should fortify you and your siblings and the entire family, give you that courage to live and go ahead with doing things”.

The minister during the visit was accompanied by former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Prince Chibudum Nwuche, and Senator Philip Aduda amongst others.
