Nollywood actor, producer, and entrepreneurial entertainer, Usman ADEYEMI, widely known as Uzee Usman, has garnered global acclaim for his remarkable contributions to filmmaking and his steadfast dedication to fostering peace and cultural harmony within the creative industry.

Uzee, who has established himself as one of Nollywood’s most prominent advocates for unity and social impact, was recently honoured at the 15th Peace Achievers International Awards, where he received the titles of Actor of the Year and Entertainment Excellence Award. The organisers hailed him as “a creative ambassador whose work consistently promotes peace, understanding, and positive global values.”

This recognition comes alongside a series of international awards that celebrate his influence beyond the screen. At the Global Entrepreneur Festival held in Ghana, Uzee was not only awarded but also officially appointed as an Ambassador, a role that highlights his growing stature as a cross-continental cultural advocate.

Speaking shortly after receiving the accolades, Uzee expressed his gratitude and reaffirmed his mission to utilise entertainment as a vehicle for global transformation.

“I will continue to leverage my platform and voice to impact cultural advocacy, promote peace, and empower the next generation globally,” he stated
