Yusuf in a statement on Sunday described the award as legendary, considering his performance from his tender age , undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

He further described his unique performance at the organised private sector engagements where he rose to the top echelon of his career as historical, saying the current award was a justification of his dogged strife that carved a niche for himself and career.

The media consultant said the growth of his career was climaxed with the establishment of a training outfit, Rablowoods that had contributed in quantum to the transparent public conduct in the financial sector both in the private and public service.

“No doubt, his current position as Lagos Finance Commissioner had contributed to the social, economic and political developments of the state and Nigeria at large.”

“From the 20B revenue generation in 2019 to over 60B in the current dispensation showed his level of determination to change the phase of Lagos finances.”

“The promise to upscale the revenue base of Lagos state to over 900B in 2023 will be a unique feat in the recent times in the new Lagos state, that had triggered more all round development in the state.”
