KADUNA—Top politicians in Nigeria, Senior Journalists and celebrities were among several dignitaries that attended Punch Newspaper reporter’s wedding, Mr Israel Bulus.
The wedding took place in Kaduna metropolis amidst fanfare on Saturday, 28 October, 2023.
The roll call of dignitaries was endless as Kaduna based celebrity journalist, Israel Bulus hooked his heartthrob, Anne in a colourful wedding.
The list of those spotted, included Senator that represented Kaduna Central in the 8th Senate, Comrade Shehu Sani, President of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Isaiah Kemje Benjamin and Commissioner of National Population Commission, Abdulmalik Durunguwa, who is a prominent politician from Southern Kaduna, where the groom, Israel Bulus hails from.
Others spotted, were senior journalists in Kaduna State, Elder Saxhone Akhaine, who is the Bureau Chief of Guardian Newspapers, Kaduna State, Alhaji Mohammed Sabiu (Regional Editor North Tribune Newspapers, John Shiklam (This Day Newspapers), Amos TAUNA (Features Editor New Nigerian Newspapers) and General Manager Liberty Radio/Television, Alhaji Abdulazeez Ahmed Kadir
The list includes Noah Ebije (Sun Newspapers), Luka Binniyat (immediate past SOKAPU PRO), Elder John Fwah, Gbenga Folorunso Abiola (Leadership Newspapers), Ango Bally (Invicta FM), Maureen Sheyin (NAWOJ Kaduna Secretary), former NUJ National Assistant Secretary, Midat Joseph.
Publisher of Gurara Magazine, Bomba Dauda, was also sighted amongst other Southern Kaduna Journalists on their reserved table.
The wedding proper was held at ECWA Blue Roof Church, Sabon Tasha GRA, Kaduna, while the grand reception was held at the prestigious Gwasmyen Event Centre.
