The summit aims to unite global leaders to expedite sustainable development and promote socioeconomic progress. The theme, “The Nexus of Next; Supercharging Sustainable Progress,” will allow policymakers and leaders from business and civil society to identify ways to accelerate the transition to a sustainable economy and usher in a new era of prosperity.

ADSW has been a hallmark of collaboration in sustainability for over 15 years, serving as a global platform for multi-stakeholder cooperation to tackle global challenges and foster growth.

The event has led to significant agreements and partnerships among governments, industry leaders, and clean energy innovators worldwide, driving impactful collaborations and advancing the global sustainability agenda.

During the event, President Tinubu is expected to highlight his administration’s reforms in areas such as energy sufficiency, transportation, public health, and economic development.

The President will be accompanied by Amb. Yusuf Tuggar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, along with other senior officials. He is set to return to Nigeria on January 16.
