TETFund Commits to Infrastructural Support for African University of Aviation

The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) has pledged to supply the necessary intervention funds to enhance infrastructural and research facilities for the newly established African University of Aviation in Nigeria.

During a courtesy visit to the TETFUND headquarters in Abuja on Friday, the Executive Secretary, Sonny Echono, assured the Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, and the university’s leadership of the Fund’s commitment to support the institution’s development.

Echono praised the minister for his dedication and tenacity in advocating for the establishment of the university, emphasizing his efforts to ensure a seamless launch of the institution.

He affirmed that TETFUND will provide both essential and specialized intervention funds, alongside assistance with architectural design, to guarantee that the university meets international standards as a distinguished educational establishment.

Additionally, Echono committed to conveying the minister’s requests and the university’s management needs to the TETFUND board, while underscoring the institution
