Senator Bar Sunday Katung from Kaduna-South has taken steps to aid the people of Gargai Antor in Aboro ward and Igbuila Community in Ninzam West Ward of Sanga Local Government Area.
These communities recently experienced the devastation caused by a heavy rainstorm, leaving them homeless and in need of assistance.
Upon receiving the report from a community member, Senator Katung promptly organized a delegation to visit the affected areas and offer support in the form of relief items and cash assistance.
The residents of Ungwan Rumbu expressed their gratitude to Senator Katung for his kindness and extended their prayers for his well-being and blessings. Similarly, Mr. Paul Wuyah, the village head of Igbuila Community, appreciated the Senator for coming to their aid. He described the support as a godsend and a significant relief given the challenging situation they were facing.
Senator Katung’s swift response and assistance demonstrate his commitment to serving and supporting the people of Southern Kaduna during times of hardship.
