The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sanan Real Homes Limited, Alhaji Sanusi Abdul Sanusi, has challenged the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zoe New Dawn Nigeria Limited and Rehoboth City Estate, Dr Engr Stephen Achema Akpa, to submit alleged evidence against his company to the Federal Capital Development Authority for investigation.

Sanusi was reacting to claims made by Akpa on Wednesday via his Facebook page, alleging that Sanan Real Homes was selling plots of land in Abuja without proper documentation and insisting he had proof.

In a statement issued on Wednesday afternoon, Sanusi described the allegations as baseless and unsubstantiated, insisting that all lands marketed and sold by his company were duly documented in line with extant laws guiding land administration in the Federal Capital Territory.

He said anyone genuinely involved in the real estate business in Abuja would attest to the transparency and credibility of his operations.

Sanusi faulted Akpa for taking the matter to social media instead of approaching relevant authorities, particularly the FCDA, if there were genuine concerns.

According to him, the lawful step would have been to petition regulatory bodies for a thorough investigation rather than making public accusations.

He said he initially had no intention of responding to the claims but was compelled to do so to protect the integrity of his company.

Sanusi expressed confidence that any investigation by appropriate authorities would clearly establish his company’s compliance and credibility.

He warned that failure by Akpa to substantiate the allegations would leave him with no option but to seek legal redress over what he described as defamatory statements.

The Sanan Real Homes boss also dismissed suggestions of rivalry, saying he was not in competition with Akpa or his company.

He added that he ran his business independently and believed success came from God, stressing that there was no justification for unhealthy rivalry or unethical practices.
