The Member representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Daniel Amos, has faulted a press statement credited to a group identifying itself as the Southern Kaduna Youth Forum, describing it as “a malicious and politically-sponsored smear campaign.”

In a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr. Victor Teh Dabo, the lawmaker said the group’s attack was in response to a harmless call urging traditional rulers to honour invitations from elected representatives across party lines, a call rooted in democratic respect and community unity.

Dabo described the group as “faceless hirelings” who do not speak for Southern Kaduna but for “their political paymasters.”

He stressed that Amos enjoys a cordial working relationship with the Kaduna State Government and remains focused on delivering results.

“The people of Jema’a and Sanga know their representative. They stand with him. His record of service is in the public domain,” the statement concluded.
