Ramadan: Kuso Charges Muslims To Pray For Peace, Unity

In a statement issued in Minna, Dr. Kuso charged the Muslim faithful to align themselves with the universal values of peace, kindness, love, and respect for others, which are the cornerstones of the Islamic faith.

The National Coordinator of Bola Tinubu Support Organisation,double as a Personal Assistant to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong,Dr. Abubakar Abdullahi Kuso has has called on Muslims to pray fervently for the unity, peaceful co-existence and development of the country during this Islamic month of Ramadan.

In a statement issued in Minna, Dr. Kuso charged the Muslim faithful to align themselves with the universal values of peace, kindness, love, and respect for others, which are the cornerstones of the Islamic faith.

According to him (Kuso),Ramadan period is globally revered and should be utilized by Muslim faithful across the nation to pray for progress and peace.

He urges them to engage in good deeds and acts of Ibadah, emphasizing that this period is an opportunity for Muslims to renew and strengthen their faith through rigorous fasting, devout prayers, reading of the Quran, reflective meditation, and carrying out of charitable deeds.

“I wish to congratulate the Muslim Ummah for witnessing another month of Ramadan and to wish them a blessed and peaceful Ramadan.

“The holy month of Ramadan, for millions around the world, has always been an opportunity to renew and strengthen their faith. This is done through rigorous fasting, devout prayers, reading of the Quran, reflective meditation, and carrying out of charitable deeds.”

Dr. Kuso further urges the Muslim faithful to pray for the President Elect His Excellency Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all elected leaders for Allah’s guidance and wisdom as they get set to lead the nation. He stresses the importance of prayer as a powerful spiritual tool in leadership.

Kuso called on the wealthy to show love to the less privileged and devote more time to prayer and acts of charity as they similarly strived to improve their self-discipline motivated by hadith of the Prophet.

Kuso thanked Nigerians for voting massively for his Principal Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s and His Running mate Senator Kashim Shettima in 2023 Presidential Elections on February 25th 2023.

He encouraged Nigerians to be positive and be rest assured that with the Tinubu/ Shettima Presidency, Hope is renewed, and Nigeria will be great again.

He wished all Muslims Umma and Nigerians the very best of Ramadan Season.
