The door to door grassroots movement has described as erroneous, frivolous publication relating its campaign for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to “frying of plantain chips ,” stating that the body meant business to returning good and quality leadership in the President.
A statement on Friday issued by Comrade Sunday Adekanbi Asuku, the Protem National Coordinator on behalf of the Chairman , Chief Executive Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited TSSNL, the convener of the movement, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemukpolo Tompolo asked Nigerians to disregard such malicious and indicting publication , stating that it is the handiwork of people laced with inanity and frivolous tendencies.
He said the vision and mission of the movement was already outlined during the launching of the program articulated on the 24th Democracy celebration in Abuja.
According to the release, the movement is showcasing real progress to mobilise grassroot Nigerians in re-election of a leader whose policies has already transformed the country.
He further described the movement as far from been a petty project or program, shallow antics for distractions, stating that it is rooted on clear vision, on nation building and to celebrate and amplify the ground breaking ceremony of the President.
We believed in issue driven and based campaign, by educating Nigerians on the President’s transformative agenda, which is beyond the purview of mischief makers .
Tompolo was described as a resilient, high integrity, committed to Nigerians welfare , and democratic future which included education, health , security, economic reforms ,social upliftment, and Infrastructural development.

“The attention of Door-2-Door, the grassroots movement founded by High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo (alias Tompolo), has been drawn to a recent social media campaign to trivialise the movement’s campaign to mobilise Nigerians for the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.”
“The purveyors of this inanity have launched a smear campaign associating the Door-2-Door movement with frivolous activities such as frying and sharing plantain chips as part of our campaign strategy. We are not a part of such nonsense.”
