Expressing profound shock over the loss, Governor Zulum hailed Ogualili’s unwavering commitment to fostering peace and serving as a commendable representative of the Igbo community in Borno. His tenure as a bridge-builder among residents will forever be cherished.

Having served as the Special Adviser on Community Relations from 2011 to 2019 under Senator Kashim Shettima’s administration and later reappointed by Governor Zulum in 2019 and 2023, Ogualili leaves behind a legacy of dedication and commitment to harmonious coexistence.

As the news of his passing reverberates, Governor Zulum extends heartfelt condolences to Ogualili’s associates, as well as to Zenith Bank plc, where the late adviser had a significant stint.

May Chief Kester Ogualili’s soul find eternal peace, and may his family find solace during this challenging time.
