The President of the State of Birland has appointed Amb Joseph Legend Mfon as the Minister of Environment.

HRM Dr. Emir Haiyawi, the esteemed President of the State of Birland, has chosen a distinguished Nigerian diplomat, Amb. Prof. Joseph Legend Mfon, FIMC, CMC, FIOGR, to serve as the Minister of Environment.
