The Northern Awareness Network (NAN) has exposed alleged fake factions within the All Progressives Congress (APC), led by Senator Kabiru Marafa and Aminu Sani Jaji.

NAN claims these factions are motivated by personal grudges and aim to undermine President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

NAN, a prominent organization promoting unity in Northern Nigeria, reports that recent political shifts involving Senator Abdulaziz Yari and Defence Minister Bello Mohammed Matawalle have created a powerful alliance supportive of President Tinubu.

This has reportedly threatened Marafa and Jaji, prompting their alleged actions against the President.

In a press release, NAN Chairman Salihu Suleiman said, “Marafa is dissatisfied due to his exclusion from federal appointments, while Jaji is upset over not being appointed Speaker despite allegedly contributing N10 billion to Tinubu’s campaign.

It has called for a thorough investigation into Jaji’s income sources to verify the origin of the claimed campaign funds.

The organization also stresses the need to address Jaji’s connections with top security officials used to gather potentially damaging information against President Tinubu.

NAN accuses Jaji of financing religious sermons to undermine the President and calls for swift action.

“We are aware of the slanderous actions being financed and conducted under the guise of religious sermons. The President must take swift and decisive action to counter these calculated attacks,” NAN asserted.

The release warned that the actions of Marafa and Jaji pose serious concerns for the future of party politics in Nigeria.

“They urge a thorough investigation into the motivations and actions of these factions to safeguard the unity and progress of the APC.

” The organization calls on President Tinubu to remain vigilant and uphold integrity within his administration.

“We remains committed to supporting measures that promote unity and integrity within President Tinubu’s administration and the APC.”
