The brazen attack unfolded as gunmen stormed the concert hall, inflicting widespread devastation.

Initial reports suggested at least 60 fatalities, with over 100 individuals sustaining injuries, as confirmed by Russian security services.

Shocking BBC-verified footage captured the harrowing scene, depicting assailants garbed in camouflage attire perpetrating the assault in the northwest suburb of Krasnogorsk.

In a scene of chaos and horror, the gunmen breached Crocus City Hall during preparations for a rock concert.

Flames engulfed parts of the building, and the structural integrity was compromised as sections of the roof collapsed, exacerbating the tragedy.
