LG autonomy: Supreme Court rules in favour of FG

Supreme Court on Thursday ruled in favour of the Federal Government on the autonomy of the 774 Local Governments.

Justice Emmanuel Agim while delivering the judgment said that henceforth, the local government allocations should be paid directly into the local government account by the federal government.(NAN)
