A political support group backing Taraba State Governor Agbu Kefas has commenced grassroots mobilisation for his 2027 re-election bid, with posters and campaign banners strategically placed across Wukari and other parts of the state.

The Sarah Enoch Adi Support Group, which announced the mobilisation, linked the development to the appointment of the state’s Coordinating Commissioner, Dr. Sarah Enoch Adi, as Director of Finance of the Tinubu-Kefas Campaign Council.

The group said, the visibility campaign was part of efforts to sustain support for the Kefas administration and promote what it described as the governor’s agenda of continuity and development ahead of the 2027 elections.

In a statement issued to congratulate Adi on her appointment, the group described the commissioner as a “Financial Amazon” and “Budget Architect”, citing her professional experience and government responsibilities as qualities it said would be useful in her new role.

The support group also commended Adi for her accessibility, humility and commitment to duty, saying her interactions with members of the public demonstrated her continued engagement with the people.

It said her appointment as Director of Finance had further reinforced confidence in her capacity to contribute to the campaign council’s activities.

The group stated that, the appearance of Kefas 2027 posters and banners in Wukari was part of its broader mobilisation effort, urging supporters to remain committed to the campaign.

“If progress must continue, then the conversation is Kefas 2027,” the group declared.

The support group further congratulated Adi and expressed prayers for wisdom, strength and success as she assumes her new campaign responsibility, and described the appointment as a recognition of her dedication and service.
