Kairos Hof Consultants Ltd unveils its groundbreaking initiative, the “Z-Korting Project,” aimed at providing accessible homes for the country’s burgeoning youth population.
The Managing Director of Kairos Hof Consultants Limited, Mr Olagoke Fagbohun, announced the project during a press conference in Abuja, outlining plans for the construction of 17 five-story buildings, comprising over 100 apartments to cater specifically to the housing needs of young Nigerians.
Addressing the Youth Housing Crisis, Mr Fagbohun emphasized the dire need to address the housing deficit faced by young Nigerians, highlighting that the youth segment represents 60% of the country’s population, yet remains inadequately served within the existing housing framework.
The project aims to kick-start its housing development with the construction of 17 blocks of modern residences strategically located in Idu, Karmo, Jahi, and Cafe City, Gwarinpa.
Mr Ojehomon Anetor, Director Business Development/CEO of Kairos Hof Ltd, underscored the company’s commitment to revolutionizing real estate and energy sectors in Nigeria and the Netherlands.
Drawing from international best practices, the Z-Korting Project integrates cultural values with contemporary housing designs, ensuring optimal comfort and functionality for homeowners.
Collaborating closely with the Works and Housing Ministry, Kairos Hof Consultants Ltd aims to streamline housing processes, making homeownership more attainable for the Abuja population.
