The Ankung “A” ward, designated as the collection centre for Duya Ward, experienced an impressive turnout of voters from various polling units and communities within the electoral ward.

This significant participation underscores the electorate’s commitment to the democratic process and their desire for effective local governance.

The election was notable for its peaceful conduct, with no reports of violence or disturbances throughout the voting and counting process.

The orderly manner in which the election was conducted is a testament to the organisational efforts of the electoral officials and the commitment of the voters to a fair and transparent election.
