Governor Sule Dismisses SSG and All Cabinet Commissioners

Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule has officially dismissed the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Muhammad Ubandona-Aliyu, along with all commissioners serving in his cabinet.

This announcement was made by Mohammed Illiyasu-Idde, the Permanent Secretary of Cabinet Affairs and Special Duties in the Office of the SSG, through a statement released on Friday in Lafia.

The dissolution of the cabinet is effective as of Friday, January 3, 2025.

As part of this transition, all departing commissioners are instructed to transfer the responsibilities of their ministries and any government assets in their custody to the respective Permanent Secretaries. Additionally, the SSG will also relinquish his duties to the Permanent Secretary for Cabinet Affairs and Special Services.

In the statement, the governor expressed his appreciation for the contributions of the outgoing appointees and extended his best wishes for their future endeavors.
