After much anticipation, internationally recognised Nigerian singer, actor and performer ‘Olajide Orodo’ popularly known as ‘GMG Boss’ has finally released his sophomore EP “Way Forward”, which is a follow-up to the 2021 classic “New Beginning”.
The “Way Forward” EP, is filled with contagious afro juju, street vibes, and afro piano hip-hop melodies.
In an interview with GMG Boss, he stated that his EP is a reflection of his personal developmental growth. “I am happy to share “Way Forward” with my admirers all across the world. This EP is a reflection of both my artistic and personal development.”
He continued, “I hope that it connects with my fans and brings them happiness and motivation as I invested my entire heart and emotions into each song.”
GMG Boss hopes to make a statement with this new EP by showcasing His range and demonstrating how he can’t be contained into one sound in the wake of the success of “TETE,” which had over 7 million views on TikTok. The project features four brand new tracks and collaborations with popular Ukraine rapper ‘Soulja Kelly’ as well as King of the Streets ‘Jamokay (Son of Ika)’.
