Dr. Ajani conveyed that Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, stated that these holidays are intended to allow citizens to celebrate Christmas, Boxing Day, and the New Year.

“The Christmas season offers a valuable opportunity for both spiritual reflection and national rejuvenation,” the Minister remarked.

“As we commemorate the birth of Jesus, the Prince of Peace, let us embody kindness and extend goodwill to one another, regardless of our differences,” Tunji-Ojo added.

He highlighted the significance of this season as a time to promote harmony and strengthen connections within families and communities. The Minister reassured citizens of the federal government’s ongoing dedication to fostering peace, security, and prosperity throughout the nation.

Furthermore, he expressed optimism regarding President Tinubu’s administration and its renewed hope agenda aimed at achieving a better and more prosperous economy in 2025.

On behalf of the federal government, the Minister extended warm greetings to all Nigerians, encouraging them to use this festive period to reflect on the values of love, peace, and unity that the season represents.
