The Chairman, All Farmers’ Association of Nigeria (AFAN), FCT Chapter, Hon Ifraimu Dauda and the Mandate Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development Secretariat of the FCTA, Lawan Kolo Geidam had positive discussions on ways to reposition the sector.
This was during a courtesy visit by Hon Dauda to the Mandate Secretary in his office in Abuja on Thursday.
The Mandate Secretary had assured AFAN of their total support in ensuring farmers and food security in FCT.
Directors of the various Departments of the Secretariat were present during the courtesy visit.
