Aside improved security network among many other national and international engagements involving the Nigeria Police Force NPF, that will improve the basic knowledge and experience in securing the country, it’s national asset’s policy , and programs, Egbetokun has professionalise the force beyond the previous years lips service and improved welfare.

The systematic reforms been implemented in the last two years of appointment of Kayode Egbetokun and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration has changed the security architecture, secured lives and properties, reduced major problems of banditry , kidnappings, terrorist attacks ,armed robbery among many other vices across the country.

Having won many immediate and remote wars against the security of the nation’s and it’s citizens , Egbetokun had delved into many welfare programs of the members of the police force which included regular salary payment, promotions and implementation of every promotion exercise with cash backing, unlike the old order that takes many years of implementation.

The new Police leadership under Egbetokun had prioritized officers and mens welfare without discrimination, nepotism, and tribalism in all it’s programs, policies and procedures.

On assumption of duty, the Inspector General of Police IGP considered the welfare of officers in high pedestal particularly on the issues of accomodation of both officers , men and other ranks across the country.

The laudable decisions of the police top echelon delving into resolving the accomodation problems of it’s members became germane, with collaboration with genuine estate developers to guarantee the safety and accomodation of it’s officers across the country.

These decisions led to the conversion of many of it’s existing estates into modern and modest facilities for all it’s officers and men of all categories to give them a sense of belonging.

The utilisation of it’s old facilities at Area 3 in Abuja into a modern habitable structures befitting of all other paramilitary as well as the ones located around Dei dei area in Kubuwa axis , will give the Nigeria’Police Force NPF officers and men better and good accomodation, that will encourage more productivity and dedication to duty.

The positive development and initiatives under the Inspector General of Police IGP, Kayode Egbetokun is expected to gradually go round the country, with a view to resolving residential accomodation under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
