With the general acceptance of the candidate gunnig for the governorship slot of oyo state under the platform of Allied People’s Movement, APM , Bimbo Adekambi, no doubt the forthcoming governorship election will be a done deal in favor of him.
A technocrat, politician and highly exposed personality, Adekambi will leverage on his many decades of experience, exposure to governance to consolidate on the working template initiated by Governor Seyi Makinde to emerge as winner of the next election in the state .
With competence , capacity and exposure to grassroots politics, modest delivery of government programs, his wealth of experience will count for him against his opponents whose intentions to learn on the job is obvious.
Having worked with the previous administration as commissioner for finance managing the finances of Oyo State and deputy chief of staff to the governor , no doubt, he will harness the experience, expertise to promote good governance initiated by Governor Seyi Makinde when elected as governor in the 2027 general elections.
A fellow of ACCA, down to earth, assessible and accessible in all fronts , Adekambi will deploy both official and personal posture to governance of oyo state equitably and qualitatively.
As an administrator, policy expert , strategist who is down to earth with indepth knowledge in policy matters , no doubt he has edge over failed lawmaker who had failed in his primary assignment to delivering dividends of democracy to his constituents, only to attract been chased away from his area.
Having attained the highest political office in the state as former commissioner with indepth knowledge of leadership under the present administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, the need to continue the all round perfomamce and development stead initiated by the governor in the last seven years will be a corrolary to further advancement of good leadership in Oyo state.
Highly acceptable by the generalty of the people of oyo state not minding his political lineage and beliefs, Adekambi will no doubt pilot the affairs of the state in line with the fear of God to ensure continuity.
His support base across oyo state , has displayed the general acceptance of the people of the state to succeed the incumbent administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, so as to sustain more development and also surpas him in the area of urban renewal and regeneration.
With large fellowship across ibadan, ibarapa, oke Ogun and Ogbomoso axis , it is obvious that the 2027 governorship election is a settled matter owing to large turnout, support base of the candidacy of Bimbo Adekambi of Allied People’s Movement APM in oyo state.
All hands must on deck to ensure the realization of the winning streak already displayed by the APM governorship candidate across oyo state, for more dividends of democracy.
