In a decisive victory, David Jesse of the All Progressives Congress (APC) emerges as the triumphant winner in the Chikun constituency rerun election.

Professor Isah Bayero, the returning officer hailing from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, officially declared Jesse’s landslide win with an impressive tally of 18,566 votes.
