The passing of the esteemed broadcaster and newscaster, Aisha Bello Mustapha, took us by surprise. However, as believers in the will of Allah, we understand that death is inevitable.

These were the sentiments expressed by Engr. Yakubu Abbas, the acting Managing Director of Abuja Market Management Limited, in response to Aisha Bello Mustapha’s demise in Abuja.

She was a calm, hardworking, and dedicated broadcaster who gave her best to enhance the image of the Nigeria Television Authority.

I extend my condolences to her immediate family, children, and the entire NTA National Headquarters for this irreparable loss.

May Allah grant her Aljanna Firdausi and provide the family with the strength to endure this loss. At this juncture, our focus should be on prayers for her and upholding her values, principles, and virtues as a woman who cared for others.

In her role as a newscaster, taking the time to tune in to her nine o’clock news broadcasts was a must for me, captivated by her oratory and golden voice that satisfied viewers like myself.

I specifically urge the NTA DG to take significant steps to immortalize some of her exceptional qualities. May Allah watch over the family she leaves behind.
